portfolio management. This practice includes building or re-aligning
investment portfolios based upon the risk tolerance, income needs, and
growth objectives of clients on an individual basis. Services Include:

Ziv prepares propriatary equity research with a bias towards 'value investing'. Stocks for investment, generally, are chosen on the basis of low price-to-sales ratio, low debt, high return on equity ratio, and strong product demand. Selectively, attention is paid to shares that pay large annual dividends.
Addtional Security Investment Programs
Ziv Investment Company offers a variety of additional investment services dependant upon the needs of the individual client. These services include, third party managed funds, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETF's), corporate and municipal bonds, U.S. goverment bonds, and money markets.
